A
- standing upright with feet together and toes pointing forward
- hands by the side
- face looking forward
- mouth closed
- facial expression neutral
- inferior margin of oribit level with top of external auditory meatus
- eyes are opened and focusing on something in the distance
- plams of hands face forward with the fingers straight and together with the pad of the thumb turned 90º to the pads of the fingers
