  1. standing upright with feet together and toes pointing forward
  2. hands by the side

  5. facial expression neutral
  6. inferior margin of oribit level with top of external auditory meatus
  7. eyes are opened and focusing on something in the distance
  8. plams of hands face forward with the fingers straight and together with the pad of the thumb turned 90º to the pads of the fingers
