12oz Great white Margarita
- Salt on the rim?
If on the rocks- - Fill logo cup with ice, pour ice into tin, add 6oz house margarita mix to the top of the ice shake and pour with dirty ice in logo cup
If blended-
Fill logo cup half way with ice, add 6oz of house margarita mix, pour into blender for at least 20 seconds, consistency should be frothy and runny- not thick pour into logo cup
Garnish:lime wheel

If blended
Fill schooner w half ice, add 10oz of house margarita mix, pour into blender and blend for at least 20 seconds

1. Salt on the rim? Build in tin- add.) 1.5oz cazadores reposado .5oz simple syrup 2oz sweet and sour (on gun) Add ice Shake and pour w dirty ice in logo cup Squeeze 1 lime and drop in Float .5oz grand Marnier Garnish: lime wheel, orange wheel

1. Tajin on the rim? Muddled in tin- 4 cucumber halves 1 jalapeño 2 limes Add to tin- 1.5oz espolon blanco .5oz triple sec .75oz lime juice .75oz agave nectar Add ice Fill with tres agave sweet and sour Shake and pour dirty ice in logo cup Garnish: knot pick with a jalapeño and a cucumber wheel

1. Tajin on the rim? Build in a 24oz logo cup 4oz Sharkeez Bloody Mary mix Add a cocktail cup of ice Squeeze 2 orange wedges and 2 limes wedges and drop in Fill with Estrella Sprinkle tajin on top Float lime juice on top
Coconut mule
Build in tin- 3 mint leaves 2oz stoli .75oz coconut cream 2 lime wedges Add ice Shake and strain over clean ice in copper mule cup Top w ginger beer Garnish: cinnamon stick, cinnamon powder, mint sprig
Peach mule
Build in tin- 2oz grey goose 1oz peach purée Squeeze in 1 lime wedge Add ice Shake and strain over clean ice into copper mule cup Top with ginger beer Garnish: knot pick with a blackberry and a lime wheel
