What dental implications does a bariatric patient bring? (4)
- New chair
- Intraoral radiography more challenging due to increased soft tissues
- OPT can be difficult or impossible if the machine can’t accommodate size
- IDB maybe not possible - intraligamentary technique/Gow gates
What is extirpation?
Removal of the infected pulp from the tooth
Iv sedation contraindication
