Group of employees sharing mutal interest within a given employer unit, compressed of all or less than all the employees.
What is the community of interest doctrine?
Employees must have community of interestn terms of employemnt and working conditions as evidenced by the type of work they perform.
What is the globe doctrine?
The determening factor in derminining a bargaining unit is the will of the employees themselves.
What is a exclusive bargaining agent?
A legitimate labor organization duly recognized or certified as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of all the employees in the bargaining unit.
