Cucumber Wheel
A
- Cut into wheels 7mm wide
- Bright green skin, no scars. Pulp should firm, not soft or mushy
- Wheels can be prepped before shift and kept in soda. But need to discard them at the end of the night.
Shelf life = 4 days

Orange Twist
A
- Bright skin, no scars
- Peel a strip of zest 2.5cm wide, 6cm long
- Twist zest over drink to release all oils in the drink, drop it in. No need to rim the glass with it
Shelf life = no prep

- Take a bunch, twist it in hands and keep only the top part
