Not available to banks, Insurance companies, Savings and loans associations.

What are debts that are not dischargeable in bankruptcy?
A
1- Taxes within 3 years of filing
2- Unscheduled debts unless creditor had actual notice of proceedings
3- Alimony, separate maintenance of child support
4- Debts arising from debtors fraud
5- Willful and/or malicious injuries to a person or property (intentional tort)
6- Student loans
7- Governmental fines or penalties imposed within 3 years of filing
