You should eat five portions of them per day they are rush in fiber,minerals,many vitamins
Bread,rice,potatoes,pasta
Contains lots of starch
Meat,fish,beans,eggs,nuts
Contains lots of protein,beef,eggs are good sources of iron
Good,drinks that are high in fat,or sugar
You should only have them as an occasional treat
Milk,dairy foods(things made from milk)
Are good sources of fat and calcium
