Streptococcus equi, what does it cause?
Strangles (swollen lymph nodes in airways), purpura hemorrhagica, and suppurative conditions (abscesses and puss yum) in horses.
Streptococcus zooepidemicus, what does it cause?
Mastitis, pneumonia, naval infections in horses.
Streptococcus suis, what does it cause?
Sepsis, meningitis, arthritis, bronchopneumonia in pigs.
