Background and Personal Information Flashcards
Are you a student or do you have a job?
Well. For a moment, I’m a German language student. My plan is spending 1 year studying this language and seeking for a master course taught in German or English.
What do you like most about your study?
Thing I like the most about my study is that I have the opportunities to master a new language with a great culture behind and study in a class with many international students.
What kind of job do you prefer after graduation?
After graduation, I plan to apply for Marketing manager or team leader in a IT or digital advertising company because I had some experience from my old workplace.
What is your major? What do you do for living?
Currently I’m only studying German without any part-time job here. Thanks to my own and family’s saving, I can pay for the tuition and other expenses. However, this is just a short break so as to accumulate knowledge and cultural understanding. My goal is running a company in Vietnam with customers from all over the world, especially Europeans.
Could you tell me a typical day of yours?
Everyday, I get up with the chickens, do some mini exercise and start surfing Internet for news or working emails. After some regular activities, I will go to school and then take a short nap. On the second half of day, I study at home, run for 2-3 km and hang out with friends. My day is quite typical and very peaceful.
How do you get your job?
I will tell you how did I get my previous job because now I’m here only to study. Last year, I worked as a Online Marketing assistant in an Software Outsourcing Company in Vietnam called “SmartOSC”. I once had come to this company to present a product and the CEO got interested so he asked me to work with him. After a careful consideration, I accepted. This is the way I got this job.
Are you satisfied with your job?
Yes
What do you like most about your job?
The most thing I like about my previous job is international environment. Although this is a Vietnamese company, there are some young foreigners. We had many different views about a problem, sometimes because of the differences in culture. However, we always find good solutions and learn something new from each other.I’ve been more mature, more professional thanks to this job.
