A: extends, ADducts, & medially rotates humerus

PA: superior nuchal line, external occipital protuberance, nuchal ligament, spinous processes (C7-T12)
DA: spine & acromion of scapula, lateral 1/3 of clavicle
A: elevates, retracts, depresses scapula & upward rotation of Glenoid cavity
N: accessory nerve (CN XI)
Levator scapulae
PA: transverse processes of C1-C4
DA: upper medial border of scapula
A: elevate scapula, downward rotation of glenoid cavity
N: dorsal scapular nerve
Rhomboid minor
PA: nuchal ligament, spinous processes C7-T1
DA: medial border of scapula
A: retracts scapula, downward rotation of glenoid cavity

Rhomboid major
