Question 1

List the engine fire or engine severe damage or separation memory items

Answer 1

Auto-throttle = disengage
Thrust lever (affected engine) = confirm & close
Engine start lever (affected engine) = confirm & close
Engine fire switch = confirm & pull
If engine fire switch or overheat light stays illuminated = rotate and hold for 1 sec
If engine fire switch or overheat light stays illuminated after 30 secs = rotate opposite way and hold for 1 sec

Question 2

List the APU fire memory items

Answer 2

APU fire switch = confirm & pull. Rotate to stop and hold for 1 sec
APU switch = off

Land at nearest suitable airport

Question 3

List the emergency descent memory items

Answer 3

PF announce the emergency descent over PA
Pax signs = on
Without delay descend to the lowest safe altitude or 10,000ft whichever is higher
Eng start switches = cont
Thrust levers = idle or min needed for anti ice
Speed brake = flight detent
Speed = mmo/Vmo

Question 4

List the cabin altitude warning or rapid depressurisation memory items

Answer 4

Don oxygen masks and set to 100%
Establish crew comms
Pressurisation mode selector = manual
Outflow valve switch = hold in close until outflow valve shows fully closed
If cabin altitude is not controllable = pax signs on
If cabin altitude exceeds or is expected to exceed 14,000ft = pax oxygen on
