What are communicable diseases?
Diseases which can spread to one organism to another and are caused by pathogens
What are the 4 pathogens
Bacteria,fungi,virus,protists
How does bacteria cause disease?
Bacteria divide rapidly by splitting in 2 called binary fission.They may produce toxins which poisons which affects your body which makes you ill.
What is salmonella (type of bacteria)?
A bacteria transferred by partially cooked meat.
What are the syntoms of salmonella?
Stomach cramps,vomiting,diarrhoea and fever
How can salmonella be prevented?
Cooking the meat,better hygine,vacinating
How is gonorhoea ( a type of bacteria)transmitted?
It is transmitted by unprotected sexual intercourse
What is a syntom of gonorhoea?
Pain when urinating and yellowish distarge from penis and fagina?

Athletes foot, caused by a relatively minor fungal condition.

What is rose black spot
Black or purple spots in leaves, less sun will be absorbed from chlorophyll preventing the plant from growing.
How is rose black spot transmitted?
By wind and water
How is rose black spot treated?
Burning the plant to prevent spreading

Viruses take over the cells of your body. They live and reproduce inside the cells, damaging and destroying them.
