What is the object of a fact-find?
Gather relevant data that will allow advisor to determine demands, needs and objectives so they can recommend suitable products.
What should an advisor do if the client does not wish to disclose information?
This should be recorded on the fact find.
What does part one of fact find include?
Personal details, basic information, family details, employment details.
Does does part two of the fact find include?
Financial details; Assets, Liabilities, Life assurance, regular savings, pensions agreements, income and expenditure.
What does part three of the fact-find include?
Planning and Objectives; Existing arrangements, Financial objectives and other advisers.
