UNLESS regarding info ‘protected by ethical duty of confidentiality’

NOT US citizenship!!!
NOT US residency!!!

Applicant or Lawyer recommending Applicant fails to include in questionnaire;

• Applicant’s criminal conduct (NO conviction required)!!!
• Applicant’s moral turpitude!!!
• Applicant’s mental/emotional instability!!!

NOT Applicant’s mere organisation membership (e.g. Communist Party without indication of advocating violent overthrow of Government)
