Liability
Coverage that helps tocover the costs of the other driver’s property and bodily injuries if you’re found at fault in an accident.
Covered Person
- You for the ownership, maintenance or use of any auto or trailer with the express or implied permission of the owner.
- Any person other than you or any other person listed on the Declarations Page with your express or implied permission. However, we will only provide coverage for persons using your covered auto with your express or implied permission up to the minimum statutory limits.
Supplemental Payments
Are normally defined to include such items as premiums for appeal and bail bonds, pre- and post-judgment interest incurred by the insured and other expenses incurred and paying a lawyer.
We do not provide Liability Coverage. (Exclusions)
For any person who intentionally causes bodily injury or property damage.

For bodily injury or property damage resulting from your covered auto while it is operated by an excluded driver
Limits of Liability
The limit of liability shown in the Declarations for “each person” for Bodily Injury Liability is our maximum limit of liability for all damages for bodily injury sustained by any one person in any one auto accident.
Out of State Insurance
If an auto accident to which this policy applies occurs in an U.S. State or Province of Canada other than the one which your covered auto is principally garaged, your policy will provide at least the minimum amounts and types of coverage required by local law.

For bodily injury or property damage arising from you driving a car that you do not own for any business use
