A
An AZ is one or more discrete data centres with redundant power, networking and connectivity.

- They are separate from each other so that they’re isolated from disasters
- They’re connected with high bandwidth, and ultra-low latency networking

What are AWS 3 pay-as-you-go pricing fundamentals?
A
- Computer, pay for compute time.
- Storage, pay for data stored in the cloud.
- Data transfer out, pay for data transfer out of the cloud, all data transfer in is free.
