A

ganglionic stimulant
increase HR, BP, respiratory rate
Ach - acts on nicotinic and muscarinic receptors
insecticides often use as effective agent
CNS stimulant - convulsion, headaches
NMJ paralysis - depolarizing block (high doses)
hypertension, hypotension, vomiting, diarrhea

mecamylamine - oral, CNS effect.
trimethapan - not oral, hypertensive emergency, control hypotension in surgery, short duration.
toxicity - hypotension, PHT (treat with pressor agent).
