Excessive number of injuries
What are the requirements in regards to corrective lenses?
Must be worn preforming duty, and must report to the medical department
When is an employee allowed to engage a substitute to complete their assignment?
Must not absence themselves from duty without PERMISSION FROM PROPER AUTHORITY
What term is used for an employee who failed to report at the required time?
(AWOL)
When is an employee considered to be absent without leave (AWOL)?
When failing to report prior to scheduling finishing time
When are uniformed employees required to wear the prescribed uniform?
On duty
When are employees prohibited from wearing sunglasses?
During evening or at night/ subway tunnels or prevailing weather conditions
When is an employee allowed to use a personal cell phone while on duty?
When train communication system fails
What must an employee do if an overpayment or irregularity in pay, compensation or benefits is discovered?
Must be reported immediately to one’s supervisor (Dischargeable)
What must an employee do if unsure if a person is authorized to enter or occupy Authority property or trains?
Must immediately report to the proper authority

No, they are permitted to use facilities under same conditions as passengers
