In 251 territory, train passed beyond the limits of a block to reenter that block (automatic block)
Form L (DR)
To pass a fix signal indicating stop
Zone A – verbal permission from the console operator PSCC
Zone C – verbal rule 241, clearance card form A, or form L
Train to enter a block, foul the main track or cross from one main track to another (manual block)
Proper block signal or permission of the block operator who must indicate the condition of the block
