- a lay W who was familiar with the handwriting before the litigation
- an EW; or
- the trier of fact

Anyone can authenticate a voice even if the person got familiar with the voice solely for the purpose of litigation

Anyone who has personal knowledge of the scene in the photograph may authenticate it
