Light muddle cucumber 2-3 peppers of crushed ice, add orange swath, add Cubed ice, ginger beer, swizzle x 2

Garnish: mint crown, cucumber slice

Place 10 mint leaves, 2 cucumber slice, lime juice and simple syrup into shaker. Shake & double strain pack with ice soda & garnish.
