socially prescribed impulse control that facilitates task and goal oriented behavior - thinking before acting, delayed gratification, following rules, planning
neuroticism
even temperedness, contrasts with negative emotionally - anxious, nervous, sad and tense
openness (to experience)
describes breadth, depth, originality and complexity of an individuals mental and experiential life
