Superior 2/3 of the iliac fossa, iliac crest, ala of sacrum, anterior sacroiliac ligaments.
Iliacus - Insertion
Lesser trochanter of the femur and short inferior to psoas tendon.
Iliacus - Action
Hip flexion, flexor of the trunk.
Gluteus Maximus - Origin
Posterior gluteal line of the ilium , the dorsal surface es of the sacrum and coccyx and the sacrotuberous ligament.
Gluteus Maximus - Insertion
iliotibial tract
gluteal tuberosity of the femur.
Gluteus Maximus - Action
Hip extension, adduction and abduction.
Adductor Magnus - Origin
inferior ramus of the pubis
the ramus of the ischium
the ischial tuberosity.
Adductor Magnus - Insertion
gluteal tuberosity linea áspera
medial supracondylar line
adductor tubercle of the femur.

Adductor Part - Thigh addiction, thigh flexion and pelvis stabilisation.
Hamstring part - Thigh extension and pelvis stabilisation.
