A

severe bradycardia, organ-phosphate poisoning, nerve agent exposure, RSI in peds, beta blocker and calcium channel blocker

A

tachycardia, hypothermic bradycardia, unstable cardiovascular status with bleeding, and myocardial ischemia, narrow angle glaucoma

bradycardia 2 0.5mg q 3-5min Max 3 mg
ACLS max is 0.04 mg/kg
Pedi dose 0.02 mg\kg( minium 0.1 mg)
