A
Splitting of 2nd HS:
- due to too much blood being on the right side of the heart
- causing delayed shutting of the pulmonary valve (compared to aortic valve)
Ejection systolic murmur

A
Paradoxical embolism: where VTE enters right atrium and cross across ASD into left atrium and could then go to e.g. brain
