- systemic: dyspnoea, fatigue, weight loss, pyrexia of unknown origin, clubbing
- emboli
- atrial fibrillation

What murmur may be heard?
A
Mid-diastolic murmur, ‘tumour plop’

What may be seen on an echo?
A
Pedunculated heterogeneous mass typically attached to the fossa ovalis region of the interatrial septum

Why may a patient get emboli from this condition?
A
As parts of the tumour may break off and travel in the arteries and get clogged.
