Proton: Charge - +1, Mass - 1
Neutron: Charge - 0, Mass - 1
Electron: Charge - -1, Mass - 1/1836

How do the properties of isotopes differ from each other?

A

The chemical properties wouldn’t change, since the isotopes would have the same number of electrons and protons
The physical properties would change between isotopes, since the different amount of neutrons means different masses
