  2. ) Use implementation intentions: “I will [BEHAVIOR] at [TIME] in [LOCATION].”
  3. ) Use habit stacking: “After [CURRENT HABIT], I will [NEW HABIT].”
  4. ) Design your environment. Make the cues of good habits obvious and visible.
