In addition to BS, controllers provide restrictions, instructions and approach clearances in order to provide deconfliction minima against other PS aircraft.
Traffic information and deconfliction minima cannot be passed against unknown traffic.

Effected when the parties concerned on the basis of known intelligence agree a course of action.
