The driver must be issued with an ATC System Caution Order from the signaller as authority to pass the signal at the STOP position, and proceed cautiously in the section as far as the next fixed signal.

At attended locations, the Signaller’s Caution Order may be read to the driver. In this case, it won’t be necessary for the driver to write down the details, however the driver must confirm the:

The cancelled Train Authority must be handed in at the depot of the driver of the relief train with an irregularity report.
