A
- Protects vital organs
- Produces blood cells in the Marrow Cavity
- Mineral storage (mainly calcium)
- Supports the body + Allows for movement

A
- Long: Major help in supporting weight and movement.
- Short: Major help in Stability and for limited movement.
- Flat: Protects vital organs of the body and are in joints from which movement occurs from.
- Irregular: Protects vital organs
