What are the 6 indications for IUI?
A
- Unexplained infertility
- Mild endometriosis
- Mild male factor infertility
- Disability that prevents vaginal intercourse
- Conditions that require specific consideration in relation to methods of conception, e.g. sperm washing for HIV
- Donor insemination.

- Tubal factor
- Anovulatory (unresponsive to ovulation induction)
- Endometriosis
- Mild male factor
- Unexplained infertility
- History of genetic diseases (for PGD, not infertility problems)

- Male factor
- Thawed eggs (e.g. frozen oocytes before chemotherapy)
- Surgically retrieved sperm
- Previous failed fertilisation
