Professionalism

Ethics

Conduct Unbecoming a Licensee
Conduct that is contrary to the interests of the public or brings the real estate industry into disrepute. It goes beyond technical compliance with legislation.
Professional Misconduct
Actions that fail to meet the standards required of a professional, typically involving a breach of duty or unethical behavior.
Ethical Principles
