How does the feed-forward control affect the time response?
A
It makes a faster stabilization of the voltage

How does change in reactive power(Q) change the Vdc, Isc or P from the PV array?
A
They are unaffected by changes in Q.
The model have separate blocks for calculation of Iq for P and Id for Q. They are decoupled units and are controlled independently.

What is the benefits of having independent control of P and Q? What is the different blocks called?
A
P: DC droop control
Q: Reactive Power control
With this we can adjust Q without affecting P which gives an advantage in grid stability. This can also improve the power factor which helps reducing losses in the power system.
