A

Reliability is the degree to which test results are consistent with repeated measurements. The reliability of a test is judge by whether or not it gives consistent results to a particular individual or group.

A

Usability refers to the functionality of a test. A usable test is easy to take, but doesn’t mean it is easy to pass. That means it is easy to read, and the directions for the test are clear and concise.

A

Objectivity describes the way a test is scored. Essay questions are more difficult to be objective because it’s nearly impossible for an instructor to not have their own bias’ effect the grading of the test. Multiple choice test are easier to grade objectively.

Comprehensiveness is the degree to which a test covers the subject matter. The evaluation should include a representative and comprehensive sampling of the course objectives.
