Penetrating abdominal wounds
Hemorrhage 
Head trauma
Pericardial effusion 
Moderate to severe pain 

*Seen in mins. They present alive but are teetering on a fine line where any stress can push them over

A
Trauma without shock or altered mentation 
Open fractures 
Urethral obstruction 
Pleural effusion (compensating) 
Mild or moderate pain
