Second Degree Assault
-recklessly causing serious bodily injury (SBI) to another person or if they attempt to prevent police from conducting a lawful act.

-If you knowingly, recklessly, or with criminal negligence, inflict bodily injury on another person with a deadly weapon

It shall be unlawful for any person to commit battery. A person commits battery if he knowingly or recklessly causes bodily injury to another person.
