Senior leader role-modelling the behaviours we’ll need, inspiring and engaging staff. Building on change and PM skills, taking on bigger and more complex projects.

Excited about
A
- Digital by default - I’m Gen Y, so I’m digital by default.
- Innovation in public policy and public services - I’m planning to research it on my maternity leave.
- Behavioural insights - a big part of what I was helping my mentor with in the research and writing for her book.
- Open policymaking - though it will terrify some, HMT certainly doesn’t have enough insight into delivery and customer experience.
- Engagement - loved Engage4Success movement, the main reason I sought to get involved on engagement in HMT.
