Inciting incidents
A complication in the play that moves to play fort. Usually it is one major characters, exit, or enter
Episode
A form of discovery occurring when the action takes an unexpected turn of events.
Reversal
A time of decision; the first major, turning point in a play. In classical tragedy, but generally occurs when the first major character dies
Crisis
The highest point of emotional tension. It is the beginning of the end. In classical tragedy, it is generally occurs when the last major character dies
Climax
The resolution of the plot or unraveling, so that the equilibrium is restored; the last phase of the dramatic action
Denouement

Protagonist (Principal character in a place; the one the plate is about. In traditional drama, it is usually the good guy. Character the audience feels the most empathy towards). Antagonist (Opponent of the protagonist in the play. The bad guy in traditional drama).
