Tea cup relates to humans in that we are overwhelmed with distractions and thoughts. Enso is the circle so it shows your concentration level.

Because it is a discipline way of thinking and it fits the samurai way.

They are samurai manuals

That greed and consumption never benefits you in the end. Chihiro didn’t consume the food and didn’t turn into a pig while her parents did eat food and turn into pigs.
