Duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic premises
Where regulation 4 does not apply, sections 2 and 3 of the ‘Health and Safety at Works Act 1974’ applies to anyone conducting business (such as landlords) that they have a duty to ensure their undertaking does no present a risk to the health and safety of people.
