A

Water:
Mg - few bubbles produced slowly, metal dulls
Ca - Fizzing, mixture warms up, white solid produced

HCl
-Metal disappears, fizzing, mixture warms up

H2SO4

  • Mg - Metal disappears, fizzing, mixture warms up
  • Ca - Fizzing initially but reaction stops
