A scientific management system, where the objective is to determine the most efficient way to do production work (proper training and tools included). Unnecessary action was removed and the worker got more productive
Define constructivism
The idea that people by breaking with historical forces can control their future i.e. constructing knowledge instead of just taking in information. For example Interactive Learning

An employees perception of all the dimensions that goes into work as for instance economic benefits, security and working conditions.
