How are the President and Vice President chosen?
Each elector casts 1 vote for President and 1 vote for VP, by the Electoral College
What are the qualifications to be the Executive (President)?
- Natural born citizen or citizen of U.S.
- Must be 35 years old
- Resident of U.S. for 14 years
What does the Executive (President) promise in the oath of office?
That he/she will faithfully execute the office of President of the U.S. and will do their best to preserve, protect & defend the Constitution of the U.S.
If a vacancy occurs the office of Executive (President), how is it filled?
- VP will fill position
- VP-elect can act in role until a new one is appointed

- Bribery
- Treason

What powers & duties does the Executive (President) have?
- Makes treaties
