Life hazard zone?
A system of barriers surrounding designated areas at the scene that is intended to stop personnel from entering a potentially life threatening area.

isolate and clearly id the hazard with 3 strands of barrier tape
post lookouts or assistant safety officers when needed or until its marked.

When respiratory protection is worn on an incident. applies to all personnel exposed to atmosphere where emissions, vapor or smoke causes irritation to nose, eyes, throat. or if there is any doubt. The CO should ensure ba is worn by responders.
