Blood clot within an artery from endothelial cell injury
Causes inc. rupture/ erosion of atherosclerotic plaque, vasculitis, + trauma

A
Areas of turbulent blood flow with high pressure such as bifurcation of arteries

Mainly platelets (white clot)
