2909.03 Arson
Knowingly
By means of fire or explosion cause a substantial risk of physical harm:
-To property of another w/o consent
-To property of another or own with purpose to defraud
-To a government or state owned building
-To property of another or own with purpose to defraud
-To any park or preserve or same with purpose to defraud
2909.04 Disrupting Public Services
Purposely or knowingly
Purposely by any means or knowingly by damaging or tampering any property, interrupt or impair…..
-TV, radio, telephone, etc.
-Police, fire or other public service communications
-Radar, radio, or other marine navigation/communication aids
-Public transportation or utility service
-Substantially impair ability of police, fire/ems to respond to an emergency
-knowingly use a computer to do any of the above
2909.05 Vandalism
Knowingly
-Cause serious physical harm to occupied structure
-Cause physical harm to another’s property (>$1000)
-Cause serious physical harm to government property
-Cause serious physical harm to tomb, monument, cemetery
-Cause serious physical harm to a place of burial by breaking and entering into tomb, grave, casket, etc.

F3- value of damage $150,000 or more
2909.02 Aggravated Arson
Knowingly
By means of fire or explosion cause or create substantial risk:
Create a substantial risk of serious physical harm to another (F1)
Cause physical harm to any occupied structure (F2)
Through agreement or for hire create a substantial risk of physical harm (F1)

2909.06 Criminal Damaging or Endangering
Knowingly or recklessly
-Causes/creates substantial risk of physical harm to any property of another w/o consent
-Knowingly by any means or recklessly by fire, explosion, flood, poison gas, poison, caustic/corrosive material or other inherently dangerous substance
