(2) 1st = non-accomplice, manifestly dangerous; 2nd = other than dwelling;
(3) Reckless burning = reckless damage + knowing fire; 2nd = no property destruction

Burglary Trespass Robbery

(1) Burglary = intent to remain + unlawfully + commit a crime; != vehicle; 1st = assault or weapon; residential = dwelling, else 2nd = fences.
(2) Criminal Trespass = unlawfully enter, stay beyond. Vehicle prowling = 1st = sleeping quarters
(3) Robbery = unlawful taking of property + threat or force. 1st = bodily injury or weapon, else 2nd.

A

Theft Possession Aggregation

(1) Theft = 5k, 750 = taking w/ intent to deprive ? transitory. Vehicles, debit cards, guns = automatic 2nd. Taking = felony once starts moving or voluntarily riding.
(2) Possession of stolen property = knowing stolen
(3) Aggregation = traceable pattern of crimes, extends SOL
