- Platoon Leader (1st or 2nd Lieutenant)
- Platoon Sergeant (E-7)
- Squad Leader (E-6) (Squads 4x)
- Fire Teams (E-5) (Fire Teams 8x)

- Team Leader (E-5) - Leads the team, directs fire, and communicates with squad leader.
- Rifleman - Standard Infantryman, often the point man.
- Automatic Rifleman - Provides suppressive fire. (M249 Gunner)
- Grenadier - Uses a grenade Launcher (M320/M203)

What is the role of a Team Leader?
• Leads the fire team in combat.
