Beginning of each shift and tests will be logged on AF 340 (Sensor alarm data)
What are the three actions that armorers should take during a duress situation?
Activate duress button, avoid actions that might increase danger, secure the armory(close issue windows and lock the racks) take cover if possible and contact the desk with decription of perpetrator, direction of travel, vehicle type and license plate number if possible

Sign out the armory keys on AF Fm 2432 from the ECC

Disable alarm within 25 seconds. Secure the door locks to the eyelts bolted to the concrete wall inside the armory

The armorer will tag the individual’s assigned weapons, ensuring the weapon number and indivduals name is annotated on the back of the DNA card
The individuals weapon will be relocated to the ammunition cage and a DNA card will be placed in its original location
If the individual has a privately owened firearm in the POW cabinet, it will also be tagged with a DNA card until the individual has officially been reinstated
